Description

The Moxa CN2510-8 is a 1U rackmount 8-port RS-232 terminal server designed for remote console management of network equipment such as servers and routers over Telnet. This model provides eight RS-232 serial ports on RJ45 connectors, a 10/100M Ethernet port and a 100-240 VAC power input, with an LCD control panel for convenient on-site configuration.

The CN2510 series supports up to 16 dial-in users when operating as a standalone remote access server, with PPP/SLIP, RADIUS authentication and RIP I/II routing. Real COM and TTY drivers for Windows, Linux and macOS let administrators integrate legacy serial devices into IP-based management workflows, and full modem control signals are supported.
