Description

The Fortinet FG-900G-DC is a 1RU enterprise next-generation firewall built for campus edge, large branch and data-centre edge deployments. This model features dual redundant, hot-swappable DC power supplies (48-60 VDC) and pairs 4x 25 GE SFP28 ultra-low-latency ports with SPU NP7 and CP9 hardware acceleration, delivering 164 Gbps firewall throughput and 22 Gbps NGFW throughput.

Connectivity includes 4x 10 GE SFP+ slots, 8x GE SFP slots, 16x GE RJ45 switch ports, a GE management port and a dedicated 2.5 GE/GE HA port. Two 480 GB onboard SSDs support local logging, a TPM provides secure key storage, and FortiOS delivers integrated security and SD-WAN with Active-Active, Active-Passive and clustering high availability.

• Hardware Warranty: All Fortinet hardware products come with a 1-year (365 days) limited warranty from the Warranty Start Date, covering material defects in workmanship when compared to the published Functional Specifications.
• Software Warranty: Fortinet software is warranted for 90 days from the Warranty Start Date. An exception is FortiToken, which carries a 1-year warranty.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty Products:
Some products are covered by extended terms:
o FortiAP and FortiSwitch (excluding FortiSwitch-5000 series) include a limited lifetime warranty valid for 5 years beyond the product’s announced end-of-life date.
o FortiSwitch-5000 series is covered under the standard 1-year hardware warranty.
