Description

The Fortinet FG-6301F-LENC FortiGate 6301F is a high-performance 3U next-generation firewall for large enterprises and service providers. It can be deployed at the internet or cloud edge, in the data centre core, or for internal segmentation, delivering 90 Gbps NGFW throughput and 60 Gbps threat protection throughput. This low-encryption (LENC) variant includes 2 x 1TB NVMe internal storage and ships with 2 x SFP+ SR 10GE transceivers.

Built on Fortinet SPU acceleration with NP6 and CP9 security processors, it supports hardware-accelerated IPsec VPN and SSL inspection, 120 million concurrent sessions and 200,000 firewall policies. Two identical FortiGate 6000F units can be clustered for high availability, and the appliance integrates with the Fortinet Security Fabric and FortiGuard AI-powered security services.
