Description

The FortiGate 601E LENC is a 1RU enterprise next-generation firewall (NGFW) built for campus and enterprise-branch deployments. This FG-601E-LENC variant ships with 2x 240GB onboard SSD storage and the LENC (limited encryption) suffix, and is powered by Fortinet SPU NP6 and CP9 hardware acceleration. It delivers 36 Gbps IPv4 firewall throughput, 10 Gbps IPS throughput, 9.5 Gbps NGFW throughput and 7 Gbps threat protection throughput.

Connectivity includes 2 x 10GE SFP+ slots, 8 x GE SFP slots and 10 x GE RJ45 ports, covering management, high availability and switch port needs. Two SX 1 GE SFP transceivers are included. The unit runs FortiOS with the Security Fabric, Secure SD-WAN and Universal ZTNA, supports up to 10 virtual domains, and offers optional hot-swappable redundant power supplies.

• Limited Lifetime Warranty Products:
Some products are covered by extended terms:
o FortiAP and FortiSwitch (excluding FortiSwitch-5000 series) include a limited lifetime warranty valid for 5 years beyond the product’s announced end-of-life date.
o FortiSwitch-5000 series is covered under the standard 1-year hardware warranty.
