Description

The Fortinet FortiGate-3801G is a high-performance data centre next-generation firewall from the FortiGate 3800G Series, built for core and hyperscale deployments that need very high throughput. It delivers 795 Gbps of firewall throughput, 210 Gbps NGFW and 200 Gbps threat protection, backed by 1.11 million new sessions per second and 200 million concurrent sessions. This SKU ships with 2x 1.92TB local storage and 4 AC power supplies in a 3U rack-mount chassis.

Interface density includes 4x 400GE QSFP-DD, 6x 200GE QSFP56 and 18x 50GE SFP56 slots, with breakout modes for 100GE, 40GE, 25GE and 10GE, plus 2x 10GE RJ45 management ports. Fortinet SPU NP7 network processors and CP10 content processors accelerate security functions in line with FortiOS, including real-time SSL inspection with TLS 1.3, integrated ZTNA enforcement and dynamic segmentation with VXLAN support.

• Hardware Warranty: All Fortinet hardware products come with a 1-year (365 days) limited warranty from the Warranty Start Date, covering material defects in workmanship when compared to the published Functional Specifications.
• Software Warranty: Fortinet software is warranted for 90 days from the Warranty Start Date. An exception is FortiToken, which carries a 1-year warranty.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty Products:
Some products are covered by extended terms:
o FortiAP and FortiSwitch (excluding FortiSwitch-5000 series) include a limited lifetime warranty valid for 5 years beyond the product’s announced end-of-life date.
o FortiSwitch-5000 series is covered under the standard 1-year hardware warranty.
