Description

The FortiGate 3400E (FG-3400E-USG) is a high-performance 2RU enterprise firewall built for large enterprise and data centre edge deployments. This USG variant provides 4x 100GE QSFP28 slots, 24x 10GE SFP+/SFP28 slots including 2x HA ports, 2x GE RJ45 management ports and 2 hot-swappable AC power supplies, with NP6 and CP9 security processors delivering up to 240 Gbps firewall throughput.

Hardware acceleration supports next-generation firewall inspection with IPS, application control and SSL inspection at scale. High availability in Active/Active, Active/Passive and clustering modes, plus support for up to 500 virtual domains and 256 FortiSwitches, makes it suited to consolidating security across large, multi-tenant network cores.

• Software Warranty: Fortinet software is warranted for 90 days from the Warranty Start Date. An exception is FortiToken, which carries a 1-year warranty.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty Products:
Some products are covered by extended terms:
o FortiAP and FortiSwitch (excluding FortiSwitch-5000 series) include a limited lifetime warranty valid for 5 years beyond the product’s announced end-of-life date.
o FortiSwitch-5000 series is covered under the standard 1-year hardware warranty.
