Description

The FortiGate-2201E-USG is a 2U high-performance next-generation firewall from the FortiGate 2200E series, built for large enterprises and service providers. This USG/TAA variant pairs 4 x 40GE QSFP+ slots, 20 x 10GE SFP+ slots and 14 x GE RJ45 ports with 2 x 1TB onboard SSD storage and dual AC power supplies, delivering 13.5 Gbps NGFW throughput and 158 Gbps IPv4 firewall throughput.

NP6 and CP9 SPU processors hardware-accelerate firewall, IPS and SSL inspection with 4 μs latency, while FortiOS provides threat protection, application control and Security Fabric integration. It supports up to 500 virtual domains for segmentation and can manage up to 128 FortiSwitches and 4,096 FortiAPs.

• Hardware Warranty: All Fortinet hardware products come with a 1-year (365 days) limited warranty from the Warranty Start Date, covering material defects in workmanship when compared to the published Functional Specifications.
• Software Warranty: Fortinet software is warranted for 90 days from the Warranty Start Date. An exception is FortiToken, which carries a 1-year warranty.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty Products:
Some products are covered by extended terms:
o FortiAP and FortiSwitch (excluding FortiSwitch-5000 series) include a limited lifetime warranty valid for 5 years beyond the product’s announced end-of-life date.
o FortiSwitch-5000 series is covered under the standard 1-year hardware warranty.
