Description

The APC EGX150 is a Link150 Ethernet gateway that converts Modbus serial data to Modbus TCP/IP, connecting meters, protective relays, trip units, motor controls and other serial devices to a 10/100 Ethernet network. This variant offers 2 Ethernet ports and can be powered by 24 V DC or by Power over Ethernet (IEEE 802.3af Class 3), simplifying installation in switchboards and control cabinets.

It provides one RS-232 and one RS-485 serial port on RJ-45, supports Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus serial, TCP/IP and FTP, and is managed over HTTP and SNMP. Its compact DIN-rail design and -25 to +70 °C operating range suit energy management, power distribution, building automation and factory automation. It is compatible with Schneider Electric software such as EcoStruxure Power Monitoring Expert and PowerSCADA Operations.
