Description

The MGate 5121 is a 1-port industrial CAN to Modbus TCP gateway that converts CANopen, J1939 and proprietary CAN (CAN 2.0A/B) data to Modbus TCP and SNMP. It acts as a CAN master to collect data from field devices and exchange it with a Modbus TCP host. This is the standard -10 to 60°C model, suited to controlled industrial cabinets and plant environments.

Two 10/100 Ethernet ports support cascading and dual subnet deployment, while the isolated CAN port, dual redundant 12 to 48 VDC power inputs and relay output suit demanding automation installations. Web-based configuration with HTTPS, EDS file import and microSD configuration backup simplify commissioning and replacement. The metal housing is DIN-rail mountable.
