Description

The UISP Fiber XGS-PON CPE is a 10 Gbps optical network unit and media converter for fibre-to-the-premises deployments. It delivers symmetric 10 Gbps downstream and upstream over a single SC/APC fibre with a physical reach of up to 20 km, and presents the service on a multi-gigabit RJ45 LAN port that negotiates from 100 Mbps up to 10 GbE.

This unit is designed to connect to a UISP Fiber XGS OLT and is managed through the UISP application, with support for Bridge and Router modes. Signal-strength LEDs assist with installation, powering is via USB-C 5V DC at a maximum of 8 W, and the UV-stabilised polycarbonate enclosure suits customer premises installation. It is NDAA compliant.
