Description

The Moxa TCC-120 is an industrial RS-422/485 serial converter and repeater that boosts serial signals to extend transmission distance, or converts RS-422 to RS-485. This is the non-isolated model, without the 2 kV isolation found on the TCC-120I. It provides two RS-422/485 ports on terminal blocks, with baudrates from 50 bps to 921.6 kbps.

Built in a metal housing for DIN-rail or wall mounting, the TCC-120 accepts 12 to 48 VDC and operates from -20 to 60 °C. Automatic data direction control for RS-485, selectable pull high/low resistors and a DIP switch for the built-in 120 ohm terminator simplify installation in industrial serial networks.
