Description

The Moxa MGate MB3660-16-J-2AC is a 16-port Modbus gateway that converts between Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU/ASCII, linking serial field devices to Ethernet-based SCADA and control systems. It provides 16 RS-232/422/485 serial ports on RJ45 connectors, dual Ethernet LAN ports and dual AC power inputs for redundant, always-on industrial connectivity. This variant has no serial isolation.

Designed for demanding automation environments, the gateway supports up to 256 TCP master/client connections or 128 TCP slave/server connections and up to 496 serial slave nodes. Auto Device Routing, Command Learning and agent mode with active and parallel polling simplify configuration and improve system performance, while the 0 to 60°C operating range suits control cabinets and plant floors.
