Description

The MGate MB3660-16-2AC is a 16-port Modbus gateway that converts between Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU/ASCII, connecting up to 16 serial buses to an Ethernet network. Each of the 16 DB9 male serial ports is software selectable for RS-232, RS-422 or RS-485, without serial isolation, and the unit is powered from redundant dual 100 to 240 VAC inputs.

Two 10/100BaseT(X) Ethernet ports support the same IP or dual IPs for network redundancy, and the gateway handles up to 256 Modbus TCP client connections and 128 server connections. The metal IP30 housing is 19-inch rack width, operates from 0 to 60°C, and includes a microSD slot for configuration backup and event logs.
