Description

The MGate MB3470I-G2-T is a 4-port Modbus gateway that converts between Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU/ASCII, connecting serial field devices to Ethernet-based SCADA and control systems. Four software-selectable RS-232/422/485 serial ports on DB9 male connectors provide 2 kV serial isolation, and the -T model is rated for operation from -40 to 75°C.

Dual RJ45 Ethernet ports support cascade wiring or dual-subnet operation, while dual redundant 12-48 VDC power inputs and a relay output suit demanding industrial installations. The gateway supports 32 Modbus TCP client and 32 server connections, offers Transparent and Agent (poll and cache) modes, and complies with IEC 62443-4-2 Security Level 2 requirements.
