Description

The Moxa MGate MB3470-G2-T is a 4-port Modbus TCP gateway that connects serial Modbus RTU/ASCII devices to Ethernet networks. It provides four DB9 male serial ports, each software-selectable between RS-232, RS-422 and RS-485, plus two 10/100BaseT(X) RJ45 Ethernet ports for cascade or dual-subnet configuration. This wide-temperature -T model operates from -40 to 75°C and has non-isolated serial ports.

Built for industrial automation, the gateway supports Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU/ASCII in both client and server (Agent) modes, with up to 600 tags and 32 simultaneous client and server connections. It is housed in a metal IP30 enclosure, accepts 12 to 48 VDC input, includes a relay output, and secures management access with HTTPS (TLS 1.2) and SNMPv3.
