Description

The Moxa MGate MB3270I-TB-G2-T is a 2-port Modbus TCP gateway that converts between Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU/ASCII, supporting both client and server roles. It provides 2 x RJ45 10/100 Ethernet ports and 2 x software-selectable RS-232/422/485 serial ports on spring-type terminal blocks, with 2 kV serial isolation and a -40 to 75°C operating range suited to harsh industrial environments.

Agent mode supports up to 32 client and 32 server connections, and the two Ethernet ports can be used for cascade wiring or dual-subnet segmentation. Security features include HTTPS (TLS 1.2), SNMPv3 and local authentication, and the metal IP30 housing is DIN-rail mountable with 12 to 48 VDC power input.
