Description

The Moxa MGate MB3270-TB-G2-T is a 2-port Modbus gateway that converts between Modbus TCP, RTU and ASCII, linking serial field devices to Ethernet networks. This model has 2 software-selectable RS-232/422/485 serial ports on 5-pin spring-type terminal blocks and a wide operating temperature range of -40 to 75°C, suited to cabinets, plants and outdoor enclosures.

Two 10/100 RJ45 Ethernet ports support Ethernet cascading or dual subnet designs. Agent mode actively polls serial devices and caches data for low-latency responses, while Auto Device Routing and built-in Modbus test and diagnostic tools simplify commissioning. Redundant dual DC power inputs and a relay output support dependable industrial deployments.
