Description

The MGate EIP3270-T is a 2-port EtherNet/IP to DF1 protocol gateway that connects serial DF1 devices to EtherNet/IP networks. It provides two non-isolated RS-232/RS-422 serial ports and two 10/100BaseT(X) Ethernet ports, and its wide temperature rating of -40 to 75°C suits cabinets and outdoor enclosures in harsh industrial environments.

The gateway supports transparent full-duplex DF1 operation with EtherNet/IP (PCCC) and up to 8 client connections. It runs from a 12 to 48 VDC supply in an IP30 housing, with ATEX and Class I Division 2 hazardous location approvals and configuration through MGate Manager or a Telnet console.
