Description

The Moxa MGate 5111 is a 1-port industrial protocol gateway that converts Modbus RTU/ASCII/TCP, PROFINET or EtherNet/IP to a PROFIBUS DP V0 slave. This is the standard 0 to 60°C model, suited to control room and cabinet deployments in industrial automation networks where legacy PROFIBUS devices need to connect to Ethernet-based controllers.

A web-based configuration wizard simplifies setup, while two 10/100 Ethernet ports with built-in cascading reduce wiring. Redundant dual DC power inputs with a relay output, isolation protection on the serial and Ethernet ports, and a microSD card slot for configuration backup and event logs support reliable day-to-day operation. Security features based on IEC 62443 with HTTPS and SSH are supported.
