Description

The Moxa IMC-P21GA-G2-LX-SC is an industrial PoE+ Gigabit Ethernet-to-fibre media converter that links a 10/100/1000BaseT(X) copper port to a 1000Base-LX single-mode SC fibre port with a typical reach of 10 km. The copper port acts as power sourcing equipment under IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at, delivering up to 36 W to powered devices such as IP cameras and wireless access points at remote or harsh locations.

A spare 100/1000Base SFP slot adds flexible fibre connectivity, while redundant dual 44 to 57 VDC power inputs and overload current protection keep the link running. The metal housing is DIN-rail mountable and rated for -10 to 60 C operation. PoE diagnostics, Link Fault Pass-through and support for 16 KB jumbo frames make it well suited to industrial automation, transport and surveillance networks.
