Description

The Moxa IMC-P101-S-ST-T is an industrial PoE media converter that links 10/100BaseT(X) copper Ethernet to 100BaseFX single-mode fibre through an ST connector. This extended-temperature (-T) model operates from -40 to 75°C and acts as IEEE 802.3af-compliant PoE power sourcing equipment on its copper port, making it well suited to powering remote IP cameras, wireless access points and other PoE devices over long fibre runs.

Redundant dual DC power inputs and a relay output for power failure alarms support reliable operation in harsh industrial environments. The converter offers auto-negotiation and auto-MDI/MDI-X on the copper port, and supports both store-and-forward and pass-through modes for flexible deployment in factory, transport and outdoor cabinet installations.
