Description

The Moxa ICF-1150-S-SC is an industrial serial to single-mode fibre converter that carries RS-232, RS-422 and RS-485 signals over an SC fibre link for up to 40 km. This non-isolated DIN-rail model suits standard 0 to 60°C environments and is a practical way to extend serial devices across plants, campuses and remote sites without distance or noise limitations.

Three independent ports (two serial, one fibre) pass data received on any port out to the other two, with RS-485 multidrop and daisy-chain support and automatic data direction control. The metal IP30 housing, wide 12 to 48 VDC input and UL/cUL Class I Division 2 and ATEX Zone 2 approvals make it suitable for demanding industrial installations.
