Description

The Moxa A52-DB25F w/o Adapter is an entry-level smart RS-232 to RS-422/485 bi-directional serial converter from the Transio A52/A53 Series. It extends RS-232 transmission distance and adds RS-485 multidrop networking, supporting up to 32 nodes with automatic data direction control and built-in 120-ohm termination resistors. This SKU ships with a DB25F cable and without a power adapter, making it suited to sites that already have a compatible 9 to 30 VDC supply.

With baudrates up to 921.6 kbps, automatic baudrate detection, RTS/CTS flow control and overload current protection, the converter suits industrial serial links between PLCs, meters, sensors and controllers. The compact IP30 plastic housing is designed for desktop installation and operates from 0 to 55\u00b0C.
