Description

The FortiSwitch 324G-FPOE is a Layer 2/3 FortiGate-managed 24-port 2.5GbE PoE switch with 802.3bt support, a 420W PoE budget and 4 x 10G SFP+ uplinks. It suits campus and branch access deployments where multi-gigabit copper ports are needed for Wi-Fi 6/6E access points, IP cameras and high-bandwidth workstations over existing cabling.

PoE (802.3bt type 4 up to 90W, 802.3at and 802.3af) is available on all 24 copper ports, which also negotiate 1G, 100M and 10M. MACsec support adds link-layer encryption, and a built-in TPM supports secure boot and platform integrity. Managed through the FortiGate switch controller over FortiLink, it forms part of the Fortinet Security Fabric in a 1RU rack-mount chassis.
