Description

The FN-TRAN-SFP-1BU10 is a 1 GE SFP BiDi transceiver module for long-distance fibre links of up to 10km over single-mode fibre. It uses a single LC connector and transmits on 1310nm while receiving on 1490nm, so a full duplex link runs over one fibre strand instead of two.

This module is the 1310nm-transmit end of a matched pair and connects to the FN-TRAN-1BD10 module, which is ordered separately. It suits systems with SFP slots, and the -40°C to 85°C operating range supports deployment in demanding environments.
