Description

The Fortinet FortiGate 4801F NEBS is a high-end next-generation firewall built for data centre and carrier-class deployments. It is housed in a NEBS Level 3 compliant chassis and provides 8x 400GE/200GE QSFP-DD slots, 12x 200GE/100GE/40GE QSFP56/28 slots and 12x 50GE/25GE/10GE SFP56/28 slots, with SPU NP7 and CP9 hardware acceleration for high-throughput inspection.

This NEBS variant includes 4x AC power supplies and 2x 1.92TB of onboard storage, along with 2x 10GE RJ45 management ports. It suits telecom, service provider and large enterprise core networks that require dense high-speed interfaces and power redundancy.
