Description

The Fortinet FG-3500F is a data centre next-generation firewall with 6x 100GE/40GE QSFP28 slots and 32x 25GE/10GE SFP28 slots. It ships with 2 AC power supplies for redundant power, and is built on SPU NP7 network processors and CP9 content processors for hardware accelerated security processing.

Two 10GE RJ45 management ports provide dedicated out-of-band access. The high-density 100GE and 25GE port layout suits large enterprise, service provider and data centre edge deployments that need to consolidate high-speed connectivity and security enforcement in one platform.

Warranty

• Hardware Warranty: All Fortinet hardware products come with a 1-year (365 days) limited warranty from the Warranty Start Date, covering material defects in workmanship when compared to the published Functional Specifications.
• Software Warranty: Fortinet software is warranted for 90 days from the Warranty Start Date. An exception is FortiToken, which carries a 1-year warranty.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty Products:
Some products are covered by extended terms:
o FortiAP and FortiSwitch (excluding FortiSwitch-5000 series) include a limited lifetime warranty valid for 5 years beyond the product’s announced end-of-life date.
o FortiSwitch-5000 series is covered under the standard 1-year hardware warranty.
