Description

The FortiGate 2601F is a high-performance next-generation firewall for data centres and large enterprise network edges. It pairs 4 x 100GE/40GE QSFP28 slots, 16 x 25GE/10GE SFP28 slots and 16 x 10GE RJ45 ports with Fortinet's NP7 network processor and CP9 content processor, accelerating threat protection and SSL inspection. This USG variant ships with dual AC power supplies and 2TB of onboard storage.

Dedicated 10G SFP+ HA slots and two 1GE RJ45 management ports support high-availability clustering and out-of-band administration. The firewall runs FortiOS and integrates with the wider Fortinet Security Fabric, giving IT teams unified policy, visibility and control across the network.

• Hardware Warranty: All Fortinet hardware products come with a 1-year (365 days) limited warranty from the Warranty Start Date, covering material defects in workmanship when compared to the published Functional Specifications.
• Software Warranty: Fortinet software is warranted for 90 days from the Warranty Start Date. An exception is FortiToken, which carries a 1-year warranty.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty Products:
Some products are covered by extended terms:
o FortiAP and FortiSwitch (excluding FortiSwitch-5000 series) include a limited lifetime warranty valid for 5 years beyond the product’s announced end-of-life date.
o FortiSwitch-5000 series is covered under the standard 1-year hardware warranty.
