Description

The APC EGX150POE EcoStruxure IT Link150 Ethernet gateway with PoE is a compact DIN-rail unit that connects Modbus serial devices to an Ethernet network. It provides serial-to-Ethernet protocol conversion, two 10/100 Mbit/s RJ45 Ethernet ports and can be powered by IEEE 802.3af Class 3 Power over Ethernet (15 W maximum) or by an external 24 V DC supply, which simplifies installation in modular enclosures.

The gateway supports Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU/ASCII, JBUS and PowerLogic (SY/MAX) alongside HTTP, FTP and SNMP (MIB II), with up to 32 devices connected directly and 247 indirectly. It works with APC Data Center Expert for auto-discovery, mass configuration and mass firmware updates across an EcoStruxure IT monitoring deployment.
