Description

The TN-5308-MV-T is an unmanaged 8-port 10/100BaseT(X) Ethernet switch from the Moxa ToughNet range, built for rolling stock and other harsh industrial environments. All eight ports use M12 connectors, and the switch accepts a wide DC input for 72/96/110 VDC systems, with an operating range of -40 to 75 C and an included M23 power cable.

Its fanless metal chassis is rated IP40 and mounts on a panel or DIN rail. The switch is designed to meet EN 50155, EN 50121-4 and EN 45545-2 rolling stock requirements, covering operating temperature, power input voltage, surge, ESD and vibration. Reverse polarity protection is built in, and power and 10/100M LEDs give simple status indication.
