Description

The Moxa TN-5308-LV-T is an 8-port unmanaged Fast Ethernet switch with M12 D-coded 10/100BaseT(X) ports, built for rolling stock and other harsh industrial environments. It runs from a single 12/24/36/48 VDC power input (8.4 to 60 VDC operating range) and is rated for -40 to 75 C operation, making it suited to railway, transit and outdoor industrial deployments where vibration, shock and temperature extremes are a concern.

Housed in an IP40 metal enclosure with M12 connectors for secure, vibration-resistant cabling, the switch complies with EN 50155, EN 50121-4 and EN 45545-2 railway standards. It supports IEEE 802.3, 802.3u and 802.3x with MDI/MDI-X auto-sensing, and mounts on a wall or on a DIN rail with the optional kit. This ToughNet model is not conformal coated.
