Description

The IKS-6728A-4GTXSFP-48-T is a modular managed Layer 2 industrial rackmount Ethernet switch with 8 built-in 10/100BaseT(X) ports, 4 Gigabit copper/SFP combo ports and 2 slots for Fast Ethernet modules. It runs from a single isolated 48 VDC power input (36 to 72 VDC operating range), has no PoE, and operates from -40 to 75°C, making it suited to substations, transport and other harsh-environment network backbones.

Turbo Ring and Turbo Chain redundancy (recovery under 20 ms at 250 switches), STP/RSTP/MSTP support, 1 kV LAN surge protection and IP30 rack-mount construction with front cabling keep industrial networks resilient and easy to service. The switch is managed through MXstudio for visualised industrial network management.
