Description

The Moxa EDS-4009-3MST-HV is a Layer 2 managed industrial Fast Ethernet switch with nine ports: six 10/100BaseT(X) RJ45 copper ports and three 100BaseFX multi-mode ports with ST connectors. It suits factory floors, utilities and transport sites that need fibre uplinks over multi-mode cabling alongside copper device connections. This variant has a single 110/220 VAC/VDC power input and an operating temperature range of -10 to 60°C.

Built in an IP40 metal housing for DIN-rail mounting, it measures just 55 x 140 x 132 mm and fits confined cabinets. Turbo Ring, Turbo Chain and RSTP/STP provide network redundancy, and MXstudio supports visualised industrial network management. The switch is certified to IEC 62443-4-2 Security Level 2.
