Description

The EDS-308-SS-SC-T is an 8-port unmanaged industrial Ethernet switch with 6 x 10/100BaseT(X) RJ45 ports and 2 x 100BaseFX single-mode SC fibre ports. Built for harsh industrial environments, it operates across a wide -40 to 75°C temperature range and carries Class 1 Div. 2 and ATEX Zone 2 hazardous location compliance, making it well suited to factory automation, transport and outdoor cabinet deployments.

A relay output alarm warns of power failure and port break, while broadcast storm protection helps keep traffic stable on busy networks. The compact housing mounts on a DIN rail or inside a distribution box, and the single-mode fibre ports allow long-distance uplinks between remote cabinets and control rooms.
