Description

The Moxa ioThinx 4533-LX-T is an advanced modular Linux controller built for industrial automation in harsh environments. It is the wide-temperature variant, rated for -40 to 75°C operation, and pairs a dual-core 1 GHz Armv7 Cortex-A7 CPU with 2 GB DDR3L memory, dual 10/100 RJ45 Ethernet ports and a built-in software-selectable RS-232/422/485 serial port. It supports up to 64 I/O modules on a DIN rail.

The controller runs Moxa Industrial Linux 3 (Debian 11, kernel 5.10) with secure boot and TPM 2.0 hardware-based security, and can be programmed in C/C++ and Python. Built-in Azure, AWS and Alibaba Cloud libraries and an OPC UA server library simplify edge and cloud connectivity, while tool-free installation and removal speeds up deployment.
