Description

The Moxa ioLogik 2542-HSPA-T is a smart cellular remote I/O unit from the ioLogik 2500 series, combining HSPA/GPRS connectivity with 4 analog inputs and 12 configurable digital I/O channels. Click&Go Plus front-end logic lets it run local control rules and send alarms without a constant host connection, making it well suited to remote monitoring sites such as pump stations, utilities and unmanned installations. The wide -30 to 70°C operating temperature range suits harsh outdoor and industrial cabinets.

A built-in 4-port unmanaged Ethernet switch and two serial ports (RS-232/422/485) allow the unit to bridge local devices onto the cellular link. The I/O expansion port supports daisy chaining of up to 8 ioLogik E1200 units, and the microSD slot enables on-board datalogging with an FTP server for retrieving records.
