Description

The Moxa AIG-501-T-AZU-LX is a fanless advanced IIoT gateway built for distributed and unmanned sites in harsh environments. This base model has no cellular LTE module and comes preloaded with ThingsPro Edge and Azure IoT Edge, giving a direct sensor-to-cloud path for Modbus data. Powered by an Intel Atom E3845 quad-core 1.91 GHz processor with 4 GB DDR3L and 32 GB storage, it operates across a -40 to 70°C temperature range.

It provides 4 Gigabit Ethernet ports, 4 software-configurable RS-232/422/485 serial ports, 4 digital inputs and 4 digital outputs, plus a VGA port for local display. Support for generic MQTT, Azure and AWS device SDKs, store-and-forward data buffering and Secure Boot makes it well suited to secure edge data collection and protocol conversion in industrial automation, energy and remote monitoring deployments.
