Description

The Moxa 85M-1602-T is a rugged 16-channel 24 VDC digital input module with sink/source support, built for the ioPAC 8500 and 8600 Series controllers. It accepts both dry contact and wet contact (NPN/PNP) sensors, and each channel can operate as a standard digital input, event counter or frequency input. An operating range of -40 to 75°C makes it suited to harsh industrial edge connectivity deployments.

Isolation of 3k VDC or 2k Vrms protects the controller from field-side faults, while spring-type Euroblock terminals accept 14 to 28 AWG wiring for fast, tool-free installation. With 8 channels per COM and a compact 25 x 128.2 x 85.5 mm body, it adds dense digital input capacity to ioPAC 8500/8600 systems without taking up excess space.
