Description

The ioPAC 6500 1-slot backplane module hosts a single communication module in a Moxa ioPAC 6500 modular programmable controller. This conformal-coated variant is rated for -40 to 75°C operation, making it suited to harsh industrial environments such as outdoor cabinets, rail, energy and process automation sites.

The plastic-housed module weighs just 169 g and mounts on a DIN rail, with rack mounting available using an optional kit. It forms part of a fully modular ioPAC 6500 platform that supports tool-free, hot-swappable hardware installation and a range of IT and OT protocols for connecting SCADA systems, plant information systems and cloud applications.
