Description

The ioThinx 4500 Series (45MR) I/O module is a DIN-rail expansion module that adds 8 PNP digital inputs and 8 source-type digital outputs at 24 VDC to an ioThinx 4500 Series controller or I/O system. It is designed for standard-temperature industrial automation, with an operating range of -20 to 60°C, and suits machine monitoring, panel control and factory-floor signal acquisition.

The first two input channels can operate as event counters at up to 1 kHz, and the first two output channels support pulse output at up to 1 kHz. Each output is rated at 500 mA with over-temperature shutdown protection, and 3k VDC isolation separates field wiring from the system. Spring-type Euroblock terminals and tool-free installation keep wiring and replacement quick.

Features

- Easy tool-free installation and removal
- Built-in LED indicators for I/O channels
- Compatible with the ioThinx 4500 Series (45MR) controller and module family
- Software-configurable digital filtering time interval
- Event counter and pulse output functions on selected channels
- Over-temperature shutdown protection on outputs
