Description

The QSFP-100G-ER4L is a 100G QSFP28 ER4 Lite transceiver for single-mode fibre links, built for long-reach 100 Gigabit Ethernet connections of up to 40 km with host FEC. It uses a duplex LC connector and a standard 0 to 70 C operating temperature range, making it suited to metro, campus interconnect and carrier-grade deployments.

The module is a hot-swappable QSFP28 optic that operates in the 1310 nm band using LAN-WDM wavelengths (4 x 25G) and supports Ethernet rate only. Without host FEC the reach is up to 30 km. Digital diagnostics monitoring allows optical power and module health to be tracked in operation.
