The ORHS-800G-FR4 is an 800G FR4 OSFP800 optical transceiver with a riding heat sink (RHS) for single-mode fibre links up to 2 km. It uses 8 lanes of 100G PAM4, terminates on LC/UPC connectors and is rated for standard temperature operation from 0 to 70 degrees Celsius.

The riding heatsink design suits host ports built for RHS modules and is not interchangeable with the integrated-heat-sink OSFP-800G-FR4 variant. It supports both 800G-FR4 and 800G-FR4-500 (500 m) interface modes, making it a fit for high-density data centre and spine-leaf deployments using Juniper 800G optics.
