Description

The Aruba 5412R zl2 J9822A is a 12-slot, 7U Layer 3 modular switch chassis from the Aruba 5400R zl2 Switch Series, built for high-performance, low-latency and resilient campus networks. It ships with the J9827A management module and J9832A fan tray installed, so you add the power supplies and interface modules that suit your deployment. The chassis offers 12 open zl module slots and 4 power supply slots, supporting up to 288 autosensing 10/100/1000 ports, 96 SFP+ ports, 96 Smart Rate multi-gigabit ports or 24 x 40GbE ports, or a combination.

PoE+ is available across up to 288 ports when fitted with PoE+ modules and suitable power supplies. The platform supports VSF stacking, Dynamic Segmentation, REST APIs and OpenFlow, and integrates with Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager, AirWave and Central. Interface modules and power supplies are ordered separately, so the port mix is configured to your requirements.
