The HPE 841716-B21 is a 40GBASE-SR-BiDi QSFP+ transceiver that delivers 40 Gigabit Ethernet over multimode fibre using a single duplex LC connection. Its bidirectional 850/900nm design lets you run 40GbE links over existing LC duplex cabling, avoiding the cost and effort of moving to MPO/MTP trunk cabling in server and switch uplink deployments.
