Description

The Fortinet FN-TRAN-SFP+BD33 is a 10GE SFP+ BiDi transceiver for long-range single-mode fibre links up to 30km. It uses a single LC connector and transmits at 1331nm while receiving at 1271nm, so one strand of fibre carries both directions. This is the 1331nm transmit end of a BiDi pair and is matched with the FN-TRAN-SFP+BD27, which is ordered separately.

Designed for systems with SFP+ slots, the module operates across a temperature range of -5°C to 85°C. It suits campus backbone, inter-building and metro links where fibre strands are limited and a single-fibre 10G connection is needed.
