Description

The FortiGate 80F LENC is a compact desktop next-generation firewall for small and branch offices, delivering 10 Gbps firewall throughput from a fanless, low-noise chassis. It provides 8 x GE RJ45 internal ports and 2 x GE RJ45/SFP shared-media WAN ports, giving flexible copper or fibre uplink options. The LENC variant is the hardware-only appliance with no bundled FortiGuard subscription.

Powered by the Fortinet SoC4 security processor and FortiOS, the appliance combines next-generation firewall, IPS, application control and SD-WAN in one device. An integrated wireless controller and FortiSwitch management allow a single appliance to anchor a complete branch network, with support for up to 16 FortiSwitches and up to 96 FortiAPs.

• Hardware Warranty: All Fortinet hardware products come with a 1-year (365 days) limited warranty from the Warranty Start Date, covering material defects in workmanship when compared to the published Functional Specifications.
• Software Warranty: Fortinet software is warranted for 90 days from the Warranty Start Date. An exception is FortiToken, which carries a 1-year warranty.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty Products:
Some products are covered by extended terms:
o FortiAP and FortiSwitch (excluding FortiSwitch-5000 series) include a limited lifetime warranty valid for 5 years beyond the product’s announced end-of-life date.
o FortiSwitch-5000 series is covered under the standard 1-year hardware warranty.
