Description

The FortiGate 7060E-DC is a DC-powered, 8U 19-inch rack-mount firewall chassis for the FortiGate 7000E series, built for data centre and carrier-grade deployments. This SKU is the chassis only, supplied with 2x system management modules, 3x fan modules and 4x hot-swappable DC power supplies. FPM processor and FIM interface modules are purchased separately.

The chassis provides 6 module slots, made up of 4 FPM processor slots and 2 FIM interface slots, so it can scale to a fully populated FG-7060E system running FortiOS with the Fortinet Security Fabric. Redundant DC power supplies and fan modules suit telco and data centre environments that run on -48V DC.

• Software Warranty: Fortinet software is warranted for 90 days from the Warranty Start Date. An exception is FortiToken, which carries a 1-year warranty.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty Products:
Some products are covered by extended terms:
o FortiAP and FortiSwitch (excluding FortiSwitch-5000 series) include a limited lifetime warranty valid for 5 years beyond the product’s announced end-of-life date.
o FortiSwitch-5000 series is covered under the standard 1-year hardware warranty.
