Description

The Check Point 4800 NGFW is a 1U enterprise security gateway built for branch and mid-sized network perimeters, delivering 5.8 Gbps production firewall throughput and 1.1 Gbps production IPS throughput. This NGFW bundle includes the FW, VPN, ADNC, IA, MOB-5, IPS and APCL blades, with eight onboard 10/100/1000Base-T RJ45 ports, 4 GB memory and a single AC power supply.

Built on the Check Point 4000 Series with a Software Blades architecture, the appliance includes one network card expansion slot for additional copper, SFP or SFP+ connectivity, a 250 GB HDD, a Lights-Out-Management card and local management for up to 2 gateways. Active/Active and Active/Passive high availability, IPv4 and IPv6 support and up to 38,000 IPsec VPN tunnels make it well suited to demanding secure remote access and segmentation deployments.
