Description

The FG-61F-USG is a desktop next-generation firewall from the FortiGate 60F series, built for small and branch offices that need security and SD-WAN in a compact, fanless chassis. It provides 10 x GE RJ45 ports (2 x WAN, 1 x DMZ and internal ports) and 128 GB of onboard SSD storage for local logging and reporting. This is the USG (TAA/US-government) variant, supplied as hardware only without a FortiGuard subscription bundle.

Performance is rated at 10 Gbps firewall throughput, 1.4 Gbps IPS, 1 Gbps NGFW and 700 Mbps threat protection, with 6.5 Gbps IPsec VPN and 900 Mbps SSL-VPN. FortiLink ports allow management of FortiSwitch units, FortiAP management is supported, and Active-Active, Active-Passive and clustering high availability options are available.

• Software Warranty: Fortinet software is warranted for 90 days from the Warranty Start Date. An exception is FortiToken, which carries a 1-year warranty.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty Products:
Some products are covered by extended terms:
o FortiAP and FortiSwitch (excluding FortiSwitch-5000 series) include a limited lifetime warranty valid for 5 years beyond the product’s announced end-of-life date.
o FortiSwitch-5000 series is covered under the standard 1-year hardware warranty.
