Description

The Dell PowerEdge XE9685L is a 4U, dual-socket AI and HPC GPU rack server built on 5th Gen AMD EPYC 9005 Series processors and cooled with direct liquid cooling. It supports up to eight NVIDIA HGX B200 SXM6 GPUs fully interconnected with NVLink, making it suited to AI training, fine-tuning, inference, recommendation engines, molecular dynamics and genome sequencing.

The platform pairs up to 3 TB of DDR5 memory with up to eight front U.2 NVMe SSDs optimised for NVIDIA GPUDirect Storage, and up to 12 PCIe Gen5 slots for flexible networking and expansion. Six 3000W Titanium power supplies provide redundant power, and a BOSS-N1 boot module with hardware RAID 1 protects the operating system.
